Several thousand Poles protested again in Warsaw against the planned tightening of abortion law.
Despite police barriers, demonstrators got close to the home of Vice Prime Minister Jarosław Kaczyński, who is also the head of the ruling PiS party.
Police in front of the heavily secured house called on the crowd to disperse.
In October the constitutional court of the EU state ruled that women are not allowed to have an abortion even if the unborn child has severe malformations.
Since then there have been protests.
Human rights organizations: a complete ban on abortion
The decision means a tightening of the Polish abortion law, which is one of the strictest in Europe anyway.
So far, women have only been allowed to terminate pregnancies if they are the result of incest or rape, if their life is in danger or if the fetus shows severe malformations.
According to human rights organizations, a ban on abortion in the latter case would amount to a complete ban on abortion.
Contrary to custom, the decision of the constitutional court has not yet been published in the official gazette.
A government spokesman justified this with the fact that legislative solutions were still being sought.
Farmers also protest in front of Kaczyński's house
On the night of Sunday, Kaczyński's house was already the focus of protests - but with a different background.
Farmers had put a dead pig in front of the house and distributed potatoes and eggs on the street.
They accused the government of doing too little to counter the falling prices of agricultural products.
