A resident of Tirat Carmel, a young man about 20 years old, was stabbed to death tonight (Sunday) in a residential building in the city.

The MDA team that arrived at the scene provided him with medical assistance and evacuated him to Rambam Hospital in Haifa in a critical condition, where after resuscitation attempts, the doctors determined his death.

Passers-by said the young man came out of a building stabbed and collapsed.

Police forces who arrived at the scene began searches in an attempt to locate the stabbing suspect, and the circumstances of the incident are being investigated.

MDA medic Jessan Susan said that “the wounded man was lying on the street unconscious, with no pulse and no breathing with a bodily injury.

We provided him with medical treatment that included stopping bleeding, we quickly put him in an ambulance and evacuated him to the hospital when his condition was critical while performing resuscitation operations. "
