After the harsh letter from Vice President Cristina Kirchner against the Supreme Court, the deputy and president of the Radical Civic Union, Alfredo Cornejo, warned this Sunday that "a process of impeachment" against the highest court and "reform is being carpeted constitutional".

"It is not natural that the vice president and the president (Alberto Fernández) want to have court rulings and that they want the Judiciary to not be independent. They argue that they do not want a republican system and for that they

should modify the Constitution, and that is what is behind "

, he emphasized.

Speaking to La Once Diez-Radio de la Ciudad, the radical considered that "Cristina's message is so harsh and the support of the President is so categorical" that "a process of impeachment of the Court and constitutional reform is being carpeted ".

"I do not know if they are going to try now, but it

is a succession of messages that go in the direction of creating that climate,"

said the deputy.

And he added: "In the middle of an express mandate that the Argentine people gave Alberto Fernández, which is to improve the economy, the economy does not improve and they cover it with this type of stories, which is finally Cristina's priority.

The agenda Cristina's will mark Alberto's four years. "

Faced with this, he argued that Together for Change must "affirm an alternative narrative to that of the Government and stand firm in positions."

For the leader, if the Government triumphs in the 2021 elections,

"Cristina's agenda would be a constitutional reform

to modify the Judicial Power and its independence", and considered that "in the meantime a hostile climate will be created against the Court and the Judicial Power as a whole ”.

"Making conjectures about 2021 may seem crazy,

but in 2021 many things are going to be at stake

. The Argentine people gave Kirchnerism a new opportunity to govern in the guise of Alberto Fernández, and I want to believe that a good part of the Argentine people is sorry for having given him that power, and that in 2021 he will put a brake on it, "he remarked.

Cristina Kirchner released another public letter on Wednesday with which she directly attacked the Supreme Court of Justice and did not rule out that the highest court begins to issue rulings to make the government of the Frente de Todos "fail".

A day after the letter was broadcast, Alberto Fernández came out to support the words of his vice.

"What Cristina said yesterday (for Wednesday) is a wake-up call for everyone. Justice is not working well in Argentina, I have been saying it for many years. And it is not about preserving the rights of someone who is eventually subjected to Justice. The proposal is much more profound, "he said.

And he added: "I share a lot of what he raised because it is an objective look at what is happening in Justice that we cannot solve because Justice has a corporate logic that makes it impervious to any possibility of change. And that must be changed because it is clearly not working. "
