Alfredo Cornejo: 'A process of impeachment of the Court and constitutional reform is being carpeted'

After the harsh letter from Vice President Cristina Kirchner against the Supreme Court, the deputy and president of the Radical Civic Union, Alfredo Cornejo, warned this Sunday that "a process of impeachment" against the highest court and "reform is being carpeted constitutional".

"It is not natural that the vice president and the president (Alberto Fernández) want to have court rulings and that they want the Judiciary to not be independent. They argue that they do not want a republican system and for that they

Speaking to La Once Diez-Radio de la Ciudad, the radical considered that "Cristina's message is so harsh and the support of the President is so categorical" that "a process of impeachment of the Court and constitutional reform is being carpeted ".

"I do not know if they are going to try now, but it

is a succession of messages that go in the direction of creating that climate,"

said the deputy.

And he added: "In the middle of an express mandate that the Argentine people gave Alberto Fernández, which is to improve the economy, the economy does not improve and they cover it with this type of stories, which is finally Cristina's priority.
