A fatal car accident occurred on Bridetan Road in Tai Po.
At about 9:39 this (14th) evening, a white private car was driving along Bride's Pool Road towards Tai Mei Du.
On the way to the barbecue area, he lost control when he turned right away from Field 1. The body on the left shook the lamp post violently, and then shoveled into the grass. The whole lamp post broke and the body was almost broken in two.
After the accident, a male driver surnamed Liang (20) was trapped in the car. When he was rescued by the fire, he was seriously injured and unconscious. He was rushed to the Nethersole Hospital and died.
The police blocked the investigation after the incident. It was found at the scene that there were tire marks about 30 meters long on the road.

It is understood that the private car involved is Honda CIVIC R and the registered owner is a security company.
According to the information, Bride's Pool Road in Tai Po is located between Pat Sin Leng Country Park and Plover Cove Country Park. It is connected to Tai Mei Tuk Ting Kok Road and Luk Keng Road.
Due to the winding road sections, narrow roads and many bends, there have been many fatal traffic accidents in the past.
On July 7 this year, a 28-year-old male iron knight surnamed Liang drove along Bride Lake Road towards Sha Tau Kok, and when he got out of control and fired himself at a corner near the barbecue site in Nankeng Mei, the iron knight was thrown a few meters away He fell into a coma and was sent to hospital for emergency treatment. On November 3 last year, a 57-year-old man surnamed Li drove a motorcycle along Brides Pool Road towards Lukeng. When it reached the end of Nankeng, the motorcycle passed. The line collided with a private car.
The motorcyclist suffered serious head and chest injuries and died after being sent to hospital in a coma.
