Following the rumors and rumors, Israel Today has learned that MK Yifat Shasha-Bitton is expected to join Gideon Saar's new party.

The announcement will be made in the coming days, and maybe even tomorrow (Tuesday).

Since Saar announced his resignation from the Likud and the establishment of a new party, Shasha-Bitton's name has risen as a candidate to join him.

The two met last Wednesday to discuss the issue, and the official announcement is expected soon.

On Saturday night, Saar referred to the possibility that Shasha-Bitton would join his party and replied: "She is a serious, high-quality and excellent parliamentary woman, but there is still no conclusion."

Shasha-Bitton was interviewed this weekend by Shishvat magazine and said: "I met with everyone, and I have not yet decided where I am going. I am examining all the options."

She said, "Everyone talked to me. Ayelet Shaked and I are good friends, but I have not yet made any decision. When I decide, I will stand before the public in transparency and say what I have decided."

Shasha-Bitton, who came from the merger of all of us and the Likud, has made headlines in recent months when she, as chair of the Corona committee in the Knesset, expressed independent positions, and did not approve government decisions made in the committee.

Her party members have already marked her and spoken out strongly against her in recent months.

Coalition chairman MK Miki Zohar said she had no place in the Likud party because of what he called "opposition work" within the party.

MK Osnat Mark also sharply attacked her, saying: "Put down the keys and look for a party that will applaud you."
