The Lebanese Permanent Military Court issued a sentence of three years imprisonment with hard labor against an agent of the Israeli enemy in Lebanon and stripped her of her civil rights after being convicted of the crime of communicating with him and providing him with security information.
The Lebanese National News Agency stated that "Agent Kinda Al-Khatib appeared today before the court, headed by Brigadier General Munir Shehadeh, who interrogated her on the charges against her, namely dealing with spies and agents of" Israel. "
The agency added that the ruling also imposed hard labor in absentia for a period of ten years against the Lebanese Charbel Al-Hajj, who was in hiding, stripping him of his civil rights, and carrying out the arrest warrant issued against him.
