The China National Space Authority announced that the Chinese probe (Chang'e 5) today completed its first orbital correction on its way to Earth.

"The Chinese probe carried out the orbital correction when the two engines of the N25 model worked with the return vehicle orbiter group for about 28 seconds," the Chinese news agency Xinhua quoted the authority as saying in a statement, adding that "all the systems in the orbiting vehicle group of the return vehicle carrying samples of The moon is in good condition now. ”

The authority said that when the time is right, the orbiter will separate from the return craft, adding that the return vehicle of the Chinese probe (Chang'e 5) is expected to land in the Sizhuang flag in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in the north of the country in the middle of this month.

The (Chang'e 5) mission is one of the most complex and challenging missions in the history of Chinese aerospace and it is the first mission in the world to collect samples from the moon in more than 40 years.
