, according to a three-stage vaccination campaign, SPA said.
The first phase concerns the most vulnerable people, such as people over 65, suffering from obesity and serious chronic diseases or working in professions particularly exposed to the virus.
The second will benefit individuals over 50, other health care practitioners and those with less severe illnesses.
Finally, all other people wishing to be vaccinated can be vaccinated during the third phase.
The kingdom, which has a population of more than 34 million people, according to official figures, approved the Pfizer / BioNTech vaccine on December 10, making the kingdom the second Gulf country to give the green light, after Bahrain.
