Early vacations rejected en bloc

This is an announcement that deeply displeases the educational community, parents and teachers included.

Prime Minister Jean Castex announced that children could not go to school, college or high school on Thursday and Friday, with a view to self-re-containment.

The idea is to limit the spread of the virus as much as possible in the week preceding the New Year's Eve meals.

The head of government follows the recommendations of the Scientific Council, published on December 14, which proposes to "

leave a tolerance to families who can and who wish to extend by two days the period of school holidays so that the self-containment of one week is also possible for children

”.

There will be no distance lessons, since the teachers will be in their classes.
