The list is being formulated: Former Knesset member Gideon Saar and Chairman of the Corona Committee MK Yifat Shasha-Bitton issued a joint statement tonight (Tuesday), following Shasha-Bitton's announcement of her intention to join Saar's new movement.

The two announced that they had reached an agreement for a joint run in the next election, which is most likely to be held in the first half of 2021 against the background of disagreements in the current government, and the approaching budget transfer date in just over a week.
In a statement, the two said their partnership was "based on shared values and an understanding of the challenges facing the state and the need to bring about change."
In addition, Saar announced that he intends to place Bitton in second place on the emerging list, and that if he is elected prime minister, she will serve as his deputy and deputy.
Saar also noted that Bitton "will head a social cabinet, which will lead the work in the social fields, with an emphasis on education, health, livelihood and welfare," the two also expressed their desire to lead changes in the regime in Israel, and set a term for prime minister, personal election to the Knesset, and strengthening the government Local.
Tensions with Netanyahu, confrontations with Zohar
As you may recall, Bitton announced this morning that she is a member of Saar's party, after being elected on behalf of the Likud list as a representative of the "All of Us" faction.
In recent months, while Bitton chaired the Corona Committee, she has often acted in opposition to the government, which has led to tensions between her and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and to an exchange of accusations with Likud MKs and especially with coalition chairman MK Miki Zohar.
Following the move, Likud members called for Bitton's resignation from the Knesset, as Saar did, and Zohar even announced that he intended to declare her a retiring MK - something that could make it difficult for her to run in future elections.
