The legal battle between Britney Spears and her father, Jamie Spears, for guardianship of the singer's estate continues.
The artist's attorney, Samuel D. Ingham III, said his client was afraid of her father, whom she accuses of making business decisions without her knowledge.
The singer's father noted that he was on good terms with his daughter until August of this year, when Ingham applied to officially remove him as guardian.
