The decision on who will ultimately take over the chairmanship and thus lead the
Union
into the federal election in 2021 will be made on January
15 and 16, 2021 at the CDU's digital party conference

1001 delegates can then vote who should win the race.
Merz
is currently
in first place in the polls, followed by
Röttgen
in place and
Laschet
in third place.

CDU chairmanship: Ritzenhoff is running for the second time for CDU chairmanship
Ritzenhoff

2018

At that time, however, he had no chance.
The managing director of the company Seidel sees his time, however, as
Merz

Laschet
and
Röttgen, in
his opinion, would not provide any answers to the pressing questions of our time.
The 64-year-old mainly misses content on the subjects of freedom, democracy, human rights, prosperity and internal and external peace in his opponents.
Ritzenhoff

."
Specifically,
Ritzenhoff
means that the uncertain and rugged situation within the
EU
must be addressed.

“Jobs, prosperity and reliable framework conditions are lost and with them the social market economy.

migration

asylum applications in a
European consulate
