Donald Trump wants to move into his Mar-a-Lago residence after his time in the White House.

His neighbors there turned on a lawyer.

  • Biden's

    official

    inauguration

    is on January 20, 2021

    .

  • Donald Trump

    will then no longer

    be able to live

    in the

    White House

    .

  • The 74-year-old is therefore planning to move to

    Florida

    - to his

    Mar-a-Lago residence

    .

However, his neighbors are against it.

Palm Beach / Florida -

Donald Trump

has lost the

White House

.

The electorate

officially

confirmed

Joe

Biden

as the winner of

the

2020 US election

on December 15

.

High-ranking Republicans then recognized Biden's victory.

Including the

Republican majority leader

in the Senate,

Mitch McConnell,

who held back for a long time.

The defeat of Trump seems to be slowly becoming clear to everyone - except for the election loser himself.

Donald Trump

tweeted on Wednesday night that it was too early to give up - almost a month before Biden's inauguration, on

January 20, 2021

.

But

Donald Trump

has

to leave

the seat of government in

Washington

soon, that's for sure.

A

further White House

is now but also in the balance.

Trump's “Winter White House”: Mar-a-Lago luxury property

“Winter White House” - that's what Trump calls his

118-room luxury property Mar-a-Lago

in Palm Beach,

Florida

.

Trump bought the property for five million dollars in the 1980s, when he was still a

building contractor in New York

.

After moving out of the Washington "White House",

Trump

is said to have

chosen

his "Winter White House" as his

future place of residence

.

And

First Lady Melania is

already busy packing her bags.

So much for the plan - in which his neighbors don't want to play along.

You'd think that 118 rooms would be enough to avoid neighbors, but that's not the case.

Former US presidents also have to deal with

neighborhood

disputes.

Official letter: Mar-a-Lago neighbors don't want Trump as neighbors

As the

Washington Post

reported Tuesday morning was (local time), 15 December 2020 an

official letter

to the city of

Palm Beach

, as well as to the

intelligence

of the

USA

sent.

The letter was therefore written by the

DeMoss family

, who run an international missionary fund, on behalf of all of their neighbors.

It speaks of a

user agreement

that Trump is said to have signed in the early 1990s when he converted what was then a private residence into a private club.

This agreement stipulated, among other things, that the 74-year-old was never allowed to use the property as a permanent residence.

The neighbors have been worried about

potential disturbances and traffic chaos

for years

.

I think the Monopoly solution would be nice here too.

"Don't go over and go straight to jail!"

Mar-a-Lago seems to be disappearing too.

Neighborhood dispute: Trump vs.

Mar-a-Lago neighbors in Palm Beach

In the official letter calling for

counsel for the Mar-a-Lago neighbors

the city of

Palm Beach

and the

secret

now this, click,

Donald Trump

to remember this agreement in order "to avoid an embarrassing situation."

The Mayor of Palm Beach has not yet commented, nor has a

White House

spokesman

.

So the

neighborhood

dispute has not yet been resolved.

Donald Trump

could therefore become the

first president

in the history of the United States

to

lose

not just one

White House

, but two White Houses.
