Eight pan-democrats including Chen Haohuan, "Chang Mao" Liang Guoxiong, Zhu Kaidi and Hu Zhiwei were arrested last week and accused of being involved in the unauthorized demonstration in Wan Chai on July 1 this year and charged with three counts. The three charges they face include: one crime of inciting others to knowingly participate in an unauthorized assembly, which alleges that five of the defendants illegally incited an unknown person to participate in an unauthorized assembly outside the Court of Final Appeal on June 30 this year. ; The second crime is holding or organizing an unauthorized assembly; involving 6 defendants; alleging that they held public demonstrations in violation of the Public Order Ordinance on Hennessy Road and Tonnochy Road in Wan Chai on July 1 this year; third; The crime was known as participating in an unauthorized assembly; involving 6 defendants; alleged that they participated in an unauthorized assembly on Hennessy Road and Tonnochy Road in Wan Chai on July 1 this year.
