New escalation in the war that the two largest unions of magistrates are waging relentlessly against their Keeper of the Seals.
After writing to the European Commission, to the High Authority for the Transparency of Public Life and appealing to the President of the Republic, the Syndicat de la magistrature and the Syndicale Syndicale des Magistrates lodged a complaint for illegal taking of interests before the Court of Justice of the Republic (CJR) against Éric Dupond-Moretti.
It will therefore be the third, after that of the anti-corruption association Anticor and the environmental activist Raymond Avrillier, not to mention the denunciation of facts filed before the same court, on October 10, by the deputy of rebellious France Ugo Bernalicis.
