From his house arrest, the Kirchner leader Luis D'Elía once again accused the Supreme Court of heading the "

lawfare

" in the country and demanded changes in the highest court of Justice to avoid the arrest of Cristina Kirchner.

"

Either we put in a new court as day or in February Cristina is in cana"

, he launched in an editorial on his radio program of

Radio Rebelde AM740.

In this sense, the former piquetero asked to enlarge the court in a strategy similar to that known as the "automatic majority" of the Menem court.

"Either they win and Cristina is unjustly detained in February, or we leave these five judges and appoint six more,

so we become a majority," he

said.

In that sense, he gave as an example the two members who were appointed during Mauricio Macri's administration with the endorsement of the Senate.

“If they did it, why shouldn't we?

Let's put in six judges, guys, ”he said.

In the same vein as Cristina Kirchner's letter targeting the Judiciary, D'Elía argued that “lawfare continues to be the center of the political debate.

And as long as there is lawfare at the national, provincial and municipal levels, there is no democracy and there is no republic.

Everything is transported in a crude lie ”.

The former piquetero, convicted of taking over a police station in La Boca, assured that Justice is "an aristocratic power at the service of the worst oligarchic interests."

And that "it is standing up against Kirchnerism because we have come to build an alternative for the country that is not conservative restoration, it is something else linked to economic democracy, social justice, equality and freedom."
