Today, the Italian Ministry of Health announced that 674 deaths and 17,992 new cases of coronavirus were recorded during the past twenty-four hours.
The ministry indicated that the total number of deaths from the virus reached 6,7894 cases, which is the largest toll in Europe and the fifth in the world.
And the Ministry had announced in yesterday's census that 18,236 cases of the virus and 683 deaths were caused by it.
