The President-elect of the United States, Joe Biden, 78, will be vaccinated against Covid-19 on Monday, his spokesperson announced on Friday (December 18th).

This Monday, President-elect Joe Biden and (his wife) Dr. Jill Biden will receive a first dose of Pfizer vaccine in
(the state of)
Delaware,
” said Jen Psaki, adding that the event would take place “
in public
”to send the message that the vaccine is“
safe
”.
The future vice-president, Kamala Harris, will be vaccinated the following week.
