This new judicial investigation should be opened against X for counts of “
manslaughter
” and “
moral harassment
”.

Myriam Sakhri, 32, was found dead on September 24, 2011 in her apartment in the Lyon barracks, with her service weapon nearby.
A handwritten word found in his apartment designated the name of a superior and a second socket was found under his sofa.
A judicial investigation against X, opened in 2012 after a complaint with the constitution of civil party filed by his relatives, for murder and moral harassment, ended with a dismissal order on October 31, 2013, recalls the court of appeal. .
Sakhri's family had been demanding for several years that the investigation be reopened, criticizing “
the official thesis decided by the gendarmerie
” of “
suicide for personal reasons
”.
According to her relatives, her death occurred in a professional context marked by “
harassment and racism
” of which she claimed to be a victim.
