It is an ultra-dangerous practice which unfortunately still has its unconscious followers.
"Trainsurfing" consists of climbing onto the roof of a moving train or metro.
This Friday morning, around 8:45 a.m., two uninspired individuals indulged in this game which can be fatal, climbing on the roof of a running line 6 metro.
Romain says: “I was taking pictures of the Bir-Hakeim bridge (15th century) and the subways that pass through it, I'm used to coming here, he explains.
I saw these two people on the roof of the train which circulated between Passy and Bir-Hakeim.
There, we hallucinate a little, especially since they were disguised as Santa Claus.
The train stopped shortly before the station, on the bridge just above the Seine.
The two men got out in front of the driver's cabin, and started running.
They then descended from the bridge by scaffolding before fleeing.
It was impressive, especially when we saw them running in front of the metro.
"
The practice can be worth up to one year's imprisonment and a fine of 15,000 euros.

The RATP confirms this bad joke that it strongly condemns.
The metro was interrupted thanks to the report of a station agent who cut the power, preventing Santa Claus from being injured.
"The RATP strongly condemns this type of extremely dangerous, irresponsible and reprehensible behavior," insists the management, which also announces that it has lodged a complaint.
The practice can be worth up to one year's imprisonment and a fine of 15,000 euros.
"Trainsurfing", an extremely dangerous practice
“The railway environment is dangerous, with running trains, electrified tracks… And the consequences can be fatal.
We call on people to exercise good judgment and not to indulge in this reckless, irresponsible and extremely dangerous practice, which can lead to death, ”RATP recalls.
Unfortunately, trainsurfing, particularly at this location, is quite frequent.
Individuals sometimes even challenge themselves on social networks, and publish their "achievements" on video.
According to a witness, one of the Santa Claus had a GoPro.
However, the risks are enormous.
In October 2017, a teenager died after climbing on the roof of the metro and hitting a glass roof at the same Bir-Hakeim station on line 6. Another was seriously injured, still in the same place, in January 2019.
