Zhang Jianzong said that when he learned that the industry’s response to the fund was generally positive, he thought it was "timely rain." He emphasized that when companies and shops apply for a new round of funds, they must still operate, but there is no requirement for when they need to operate after receiving subsidies. It is also difficult to set a deadline for this.
He said that the government hopes to help companies support a period of time and provide cash flow for turnover, while many employers do not want to close their businesses. They believe that under the current environment, the government has the responsibility to help them, "it is a good thing to help companies pay rent."
For many established political parties to propose the establishment of unemployment assistance, Zhang Jianzong said frankly that it is difficult to achieve, and after considering financial problems, at this stage he will not consider launching an employment protection plan.
