Hitting a demonstrator with a walkie-talkie and falsifying the report: A YSM policeman was charged with assault
The Department of Police Investigations filed an indictment against the policeman, Adiel Levy, in the Jerusalem Magistrate's Court, and also charged him with obstruction of justice.
According to the indictment, he beat an ultra-Orthodox demonstrator who called on him to wear a mask, and claimed in the report that the reason was an attempt to hijack the walkie-talkie

The Police Investigations Department today (Monday) filed an indictment in the Jerusalem Magistrate's Court against a YSM police officer for assaulting a demonstrator and writing a false report. Officer Adiel Kelly is charged with assault causing damage and obstruction of justice.
The incident took place last July. Kelly slammed the walkie-talkie at one of those present at an ultra-Orthodox demonstration who called him "Wear the mask" and approached him. As a result, the demonstrator suffered from headaches and dizziness. Later in the demonstration, Kelly stopped the same demonstrator, Allegedly beating him. Following this, the complainant was questioned with a warning at the police station.
