The ceremony takes place a day before the departure of the American-Israeli delegation to Morocco - the fourth country that the peace team at the White House brought to a settlement with Israel.
The ceremony will be attended by US Ambassador David Friedman, Presidential Envoy Avi Berkowitz and other senior US officials.
Earlier today, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu attended a tree-planting ceremony with Kushner in the JNF's grove of nations in Jerusalem.
