Alleged that the police had been exposed to strong light

In response, the prosecution emphasized that there was no injustice in the case and emphasized that Wang was represented by a lawyer at the original trial.
But the prosecution admitted that the trial magistrate did not seem to explicitly raise the issue of bright light exposure.
After hearing the arguments of both parties, the judge found that the verdict in this case was disturbing, and ruled that Wang's appeal was straightforward, the conviction was revoked, and he would later issue a sentence to explain the reasons.
The prosecution also stated that it would not apply for a retrial.
