“We killed my daughter a second time,” her mother cries.

His murderer took everything away from me, he took away my daughter, my right arm, my support.

You cannot imagine my pain.

On the evening of November 22, Nawel and her 17-year-old brother, accompanied by friends, went to Gagny.

They want to recover the teenager's motocross, traded for that of Nicolas' son.

A dispute over the condition of the vehicle has already been going on for several days.

That evening, when the small group from Saint-Ouen-l'Aumône was in front of his pavilion, the father left his home armed with a bread knife and, in still troubled circumstances, carried several blows to the chest and stomach of the young woman.

Her brother transported Nawel to Montfermeil hospital, where she died of a hemorrhage a few hours later.

Nicolas is arrested at his home during the same night and admits having carried the stab wounds, but he maintains that it was to defend himself.

Hafida assures him forcefully: "She had not gone there to fight".

Nawel's mother describes, sometimes still in the present tense, a young woman "always ready to help others" and particularly her 17-year-old brother: "For him, she was the mother, the sister, the confidante, the accomplice", she continues.

Since the tragedy, her young son has not come out of his room: “He is doing very badly.

At 17, he saw his sister die before his eyes, he lived his last breath, ”says Rachid, their father.

"She liked everything that was social, she had a good heart, she was sensitive", adds the dad.

“In all his statements, the alleged murderer talks about him.

He never speaks of the life he took, of the universe he destroyed, ”notes Me Sebag, lawyer for Nawel's parents.
