The Syrian Arab Red Crescent Organization in Damascus received a shipment of medical aid provided by the Czech Red Cross, as part of its usual support for its humanitarian partner.

The aid included medical equipment consisting of 4 portable echo devices, 2 color echos, 5 oxygen saturation meters with a special sensor for children, 5 cardiac shock devices, a fixed echo device with specific probes, a bronchoscope and a colonoscope.

In a statement to reporters, the representative of the Czech Red Cross, Samir Musaad, explained that the aid is a new batch of assistance that is provided to the Red Crescent in order to help it in its great and humanitarian work that it is doing on all Syrian lands, stressing that they are continuing to provide aid and that the two sides discussed the possibility of cooperation during the year.
