Heavily armed police officers recently stormed an apartment building near Weilheim.
The action was aimed at an 18-year-old who lives there.
But the police also broke into other apartments.
The
police
searched
a property in the
Weilheim-Schongau
district
on suspicion of possession of child pornography
.
However, the
apartments of
the four tenants in the house, which had nothing to do with the allegations
, were also
searched.
The internal investigators of the
State Criminal Police Office
are now investigating the
operation
.
District
- A clang woke a 42-year-old from sleep in the early morning shortly after 6:30 a.m.
“I got up to see what was going on when all of a sudden all hell broke loose,” the woman describes the traumatic events for her.
The rattling was the
breaking of
her
apartment
door, and suddenly she was drowsy with four armed
policemen
with helmets.
Police break into innocent man's home and ask them to lie down
"That looked terrifying, I felt like a serious criminal," says the 42-year-old.
She should lie down, I was told, “and I was constantly asked whether I live here.
I said that I was only a tenant, ”she says.
Apparently someone else should have lived there, "but I've been living in this
apartment
for two years,
" says the woman.
The target of the mission was someone else, namely an 18-year-old.
"It was about the suspicion of child pornography, and there were other allegations with serious crimes," says Stefan Sonntag, spokesman for the police headquarters in Upper Bavaria-South, about the background of the
house search
.
18-year-old suspect after house search: "The proceedings have long been discontinued"
A serious matter, but the 18-year-old presented it differently in an interview with the Weilheimer Tagblatt. He had been fined two weeks before the incident by the Munich district court for a drug story, the 18-year-old reported frankly.
“I also got my cell phone back, which had previously been collected.” And on it was a two-year-old WhatsApp video from a large chat group that showed two people having sex - the woman allegedly underage.
"My son had nothing to do with it, the proceedings were actually closed in May," says the father.
"And now suddenly a huge task force with ten or twelve men comes along," wonders the father.
It cannot be verified whether the information provided by the family is correct - the
police
did not want to comment on the exact allegations and facts, the public prosecutor also referred to the
police
.
It therefore remains unclear what exactly the suspicion of child pornography relates to and what the other serious allegations are.
However, spokesman Sonntag said that it was not a special task force, but
police officers from
the Weilheim office.
After police action: Carpenter has temporarily installed a replacement door
It remains equally puzzling why the house search did not concentrate on the
apartment of
the accused 18-year-old, who lives in a separate area of the father's apartment.
"The police were also in all of the other four
apartments,
" says the father, who is also the house owner.
At least in the case of the 42-year-old tenant, the
entrance door
was completely destroyed: "A carpenter has temporarily installed a replacement door." The police only said that the damage would be replaced, says the house owner.
The residents do not want to let the matter rest and have lodged a complaint based on the circumstances of the search.
"There were allegations from those affected that the procedure was not in order," confirms Sonntag.
The matter was first checked and then handed over to the “Internal Investigations” department of the
State Criminal Police Office
, said Sonntag.
"There the matter will be investigated neutrally."
For other reasons, the police were out and about in the Weilheim-Schongau district at the weekend: Several residents reported violations of the applicable corona measures.
A corona party was dissolved in Seeshaupt.
