At 5 o'clock in the afternoon today (22nd), a fire broke out in a shop at No. 27 Fuk Wah Street, Sham Shui Po. A large amount of thick smoke was rolled in the air. In the accident, at least 4 people were injured. They were burned and inhaled smoke. Love Hospital, Queen Elizabeth Hospital and Princess Margaret Hospital.
It was seen at the scene that an elderly man, a woman and a baby in his arms were sent to hospital.
The firefighting team sent a breathing apparatus team to the scene and sent out a hose to fight the fire. The fire was put out at 5:28 pm. About 80 people were evacuated by themselves.
The firefighters removed the pipes of the pumping machine, and the neighbours on the scene pointed out that a restaurant will be opened on the fire ground and is undergoing renovation.
