A prophylactic and exciting sting, an unexpected conclusion for a dark year.
The start of this vaccination campaign across the twenty-seven Member States of the Union, which will all have been delivered the day before their first doses manufactured by the Pfizer / BioNTech tandem, is also very symbolic for Europe.
To measure the progress made in the space of ten months, we must remember the distressing spectacle of the start of the pandemic: Europe unable to mobilize in the face of the Italian tragedy, then a war of masks illustrated by seizures from tarmacs of loads destined for other Member States.
