The rectorate of Poitiers had sanctioned in November four teachers of the Lycée Desfontaines de Melle for having disrupted the end of 2019 and the beginning of 2020 of the tests of the continuous assessment of the new baccalaureate causing their postponement on several occasions.

An English teacher had been transferred automatically to Bressuire, more than 80 km from Melle.

Seized in summary, the administrative court of Poitiers, "

which did not express itself on the merits

", canceled the sanction, allowing the teacher to return to her high school of origin, according to the support committee for teachers.

An exclusion from office for 15 days without pay for a mathematics professor, a lowering in step for a philosophy professor and a reprimand for another mathematics professor had also been pronounced by the rectorate.

The three teachers are awaiting the decision of the administrative court.

The four teachers, three representatives and a member of the Sud-Education union, were mobilized against the continuous assessment tests of the new bac: refusal to monitor the tests, video projector failure, human chain formation ... These disturbances had caused the postponement, on several occasions, of the tests.
