Advocate Alan Dershowitz, a human rights expert, referred to the book and said: “Money is a motive for terrorism.
If funding is cut, terrorism is curbed.
"Harpon is a formative look at the way in which spies, soldiers, statesmen and lawyers have joined forces to wage an uncompromising campaign to dry up the rivers of money that have financed terrorism against Israel and the United States."
Tamir Pardo, former head of the Mossad: "The unspoken story of the secret task force that opened a new and powerful front in the war on terror. A fascinating journey following one of the most important Israeli start-ups ever."
James Walsy, former CIA chief: "It was the words of 'Deep Throat' in the Watergate affair that perpetuated the cliché that the key to any investigation is 'Follow the Money' - follow the money well. Harpoon describes well how the institution leveraged this idea for "Treating terrorism and paving the way for the CIA in tackling the problem of global terrorism. Congratulations to the institution!"
The author of the Harpoon book, Adv. Nitzana Darshan-Leitner, is the president of the Shurat HaDin organization, a human rights organization that stands at the forefront of the legal fight against terrorist financing, and conducts huge lawsuits for hundreds of terrorist victims around the world.
