The government issued a mandatory test announcement at 5:55 a.m. today (24). Starting from 6 a.m. this morning, residents who enter and exit Ming Yan Building, Yi Ming Village, Sha Tin, must present the result of the government test via SMS or relevant certificates.

At the same time, the government and the police will enforce the enforcement of compulsory testing, and send personnel to visit every resident in Ming En Building to check whether all residents have been tested.

At around 6 o'clock in the morning today, the police had set up a cordon outside Ming En Building. There were originally 10 entrances and exits in the entire building, but all of them were blocked except for the exit near Tian Jia Ping School.

Government departments set up jobs outside the gate to check the short messages of the test results of people entering and leaving the building.

From 6:00 to 7:00 in the morning, about 50 people left the building, most of them went to work, or did sports and grocery shopping. Most of them were able to present the test certificate SMS, but there were still a small number of people who could not. It was once blocked, but was finally released.

One of the female residents, who was about 60 years old, who could not produce the certificate, said that she had submitted the test on the 17th of this month, but has still not received the SMS for a full week.

She said that she had called the authorities earlier for inquiries, but the other party said that "if you have nothing to do, you won't receive it" and that it is "safe in one week." Therefore, she did not "go around" within this week and was anxious after buying vegetables. Come back home.

Even on the day of the winter solstice, she told her children and grandchildren not to go back to Yiming Village for winter, just in case.

Unexpectedly, today was just on the 7th day, so she planned to go out. When she fell down, she found that the "big battle" was blocked by the on-site personnel from going out, and she was finally released.

She was angry about this and scolded: "Wait until it gets sick!"
