Britney's Flex 'Watts' journey to the top of the bodybuilding world began with a wake-up call about her longevity.
The 31-year-old lived with her parents in Oklahoma and worked at a bar, where she used to drink every night.
Then, in her early 20s, one of her parents fell ill, she accompanied him to a gymnastics class that turned her whole life around.
Not only has she become a fitness fanatic, she is ranked 13th among women in the bodybuilding world by day.
Britney says that "95 percent of the men in my gym can't lift the weight I lift," and the Corona doesn't stop her dreams either.
During the plague she achieved her new record, lifting 163 kilograms, and she hopes to be ranked in the top 5 of the women in the IFBB League by the end of the year.

Brittany focuses mainly on the physics competition, which the contestants reach after weeks of training.
They are tested on their muscle structure, the aesthetics of the body and they should appear in swimwear, with a dark tan and full makeup.
Britney estimates that in order to participate in these competitions, she and her friends invest about $ 5,000 in preparations, while men invest much less.
But for her it's a love story and she moved from Oklahoma to Miami several years ago to pursue her career in sports, "bodybuilding saved my life," she says, "I was on the safe path to self-destruction before."

Along the way Britney also found love with her boyfriend Julio who lives with her and along with French Bulldog Ron.
The two train together, but Brittany admits she will probably beat him in a bodybuilding competition.
Julio is sure she is the strongest woman he knows, and says she "inspires him to be the best he can be."
In the near future Brittany will stand in a few more competitions as she tries to get better in her career, "Heaven is my limit if I continue to get better and train, there's no reason I was not number 1," she says, "I'm happy with where I am now, but I'll be happier in the future. "I am not close to where I can go. I have every reason to wake up and get excited for him."
