Nurse missing in the Tarn: the search of the young woman's home gave nothing

These searches took place the day after the opening by the Toulouse prosecutor's office of a judicial investigation for kidnapping, detention or arbitrary sequestration.


The house of Delphine Jubillar, this mother of a family missing for more than a week in Cagnac-les-Mines, in the Tarn, was searched this Thursday, December 24, our colleagues from France Bleu Occitanie learned.

No significant discovery was made during the excavations undertaken early this Thursday at the young woman's home, said Alix Cabot-Chaumeton, the deputy prosecutor of the Toulouse public prosecutor's office.

The rue Yves-Montand, where the couple's home is located, had been cordoned off by the gendarmes in the morning.

Cédric Jubillar, the husband of the missing, for his part left the home after the intervention of the gendarmes, before leaving the neighborhood in a vehicle, in the company of a man.

The latter had participated the day before in the "citizen beatings" organized in the hope of finding the trace of his wife.

During the morning, research resumed in Cagnac-les-Mines.

A team of six divers was also mobilized to probe Lake Roucarié, north of Carmaux.

A team of investigators is still responsible for the substantive work in this case.

Ten days after the disappearance of the 33-year-old nurse, the mystery remains unsolved.

According to her husband, Delphine would have left the family home on the night of December 15 to 16, accompanied by these two dogs and would never have returned.

On Wednesday, the Toulouse public prosecutor's office took up the case and opened an investigation for the worrying disappearance of a person, as well as judicial information for kidnapping, detention or arbitrary sequestration for seven days.

Two investigating judges have been appointed.
