The Turkish academic Ilhan Ozkal affirmed that the steadfastness of the Syrian state during its confrontation with the fiercest imperialist attack against it is the main reason for the failure of American plans in the region, including the so-called Arab Spring.
Ozkal said in an interview with the Dovar news site that during the past ten years, Syria has been a main target of American plans, pointing in this context to the violations committed by the regime of Recep Tayyip Erdogan, through its support of terrorists and its forces' occupation of Syrian lands.
Ozkal said that “Erdogan is not aware of any of the rules and laws of international relations and politics,” referring to the crises that Turkey is experiencing, especially in the economic field, due to his failed policies internally and externally.
