It was around 7.45 in the morning when a 59-year-old woman from Garching was
walking
along
the sidewalk next to the

road.

scene of the accident

The 59-year-old was seriously injured in the collision and was taken to hospital.
A short time after the accident, the 27-year-old came back and was then
taken into custody
by the
police
.

it turned out that the young woman did not even have a driver's license, writes the

in a press release.
It also turned out that the
van
did not belong to
her
at all.
She found it parked near the scene of the accident with the key inside.
She also appeared intoxicated to the officers.
The
police
write that she was in a state of mental emergency.

For the first medical examination, the young suspect was brought to a specialist psychiatric clinic.

at the request of the prosecutor.
The 27-year-old is now in a specialist clinic until the examinations are completed.
