At around 9 am today (25th), the police received a report stating that two village houses in Shanliao Village, Chuyang Road, Sai Kung were burgled. The police arrived at the scene to investigate and found nothing nearby.

A 43-year-old male resident surnamed Zhang said that a watch worth about 70,000 yuan and a ring of 30,000 yuan were stolen in the house, while a 60-year-old female resident in another house said there was no loss.

The police classified the case as burglary and attempted burglary and referred them to Wong Tai Sin Police District Criminal Investigation Team 1 for follow-up. No one has been arrested yet.

The police are looking for a man of medium build involved in the case, wearing a wind jacket, a duck cap and white gloves when the case occurred.
