The Ministry of Health announced this morning (Sunday) that 2,630 people have been diagnosed in Corona in the past day.

This increased the number of infected patients in Israel to 399,642.

Yesterday, about 64,662 tests were performed, with a positive percentage of the virus being 4.1%.

The data of the tests and their results are not final and may change in subsequent updates of the Ministry of Health.



The number of active patients is 35,525.

The hospitals hospitalize 1,054 patients, of whom 133 are respirators and 584 are seriously ill.

To date, 3,210 people have died from the corona virus in Israel.



Yesterday, 3,994 people were diagnosed in Corona.

The number of tests was 86,960, of which 4.7% were positive for the virus.

Following the increase in morbidity in recent weeks, the government has decided to impose a general closure, which will take effect today at 17:00.

The closure will last for at least two weeks, with the possibility of extending it for another two weeks.

Traffic restrictions of up to one kilometer from home will apply, non-essential places of commerce, recreation and leisure will be closed, and fifth- to tenth-grade studies will be discontinued.



Also, staying in another person's house will be banned, the layout of the green islands in Eilat and the Dead Sea will be stopped, businesses that do not receive crowds will operate in a 50% format, the crowd will be limited to ten people in a closed and 20 open space and public transportation will be reduced to 50%.

In addition, gatherings of up to 20 people in an open place and up to ten people in a closed place will be prohibited.
