After a week of the vaccination campaign, during which we vaccinated more than 300,000 people against Corona, tonight (Sunday) the Ministry of Health and the Sala company, which distributes the vaccines around the country, found a solution to the problem of accessibility of Pfizer vaccines.
The pharmaceutical company's vaccines come in surfaces of 1,000 vaccines, from the moment they come out of the deep freeze (70-) they must not be moved from place to place, so until now they have not reached remote places in the periphery or all the small nursing homes.
So far, they have been waiting in Israel for Pfizer's approval to divide the large surface into portions of 50, 70 or 250 vaccines since they were stored in the refrigerators, thus reaching every point, even the smallest.
Thanks to the permit, more vaccine centers will be able to open.

Prof. Hezi Levy, CEO of the Ministry of Health welcomed the solution approved by the vendors of vaccines, and said that "I am glad that the solution to mobile has been found to safely and effectively vaccinate, without compromising their quality. Fortunately, it allows us to vaccinate in small and remote places, nursing homes and nursing homes. To meet the task we have taken - to vaccinate many at a rapid rate."

Last week, 18 doses of the corona vaccine were destroyed, after it was discovered that after re-inserting the syringes into the vaccine bottles, particles from the cork caps leak into them and contaminate them.
So far, four bottles with such particles have been discovered after the vaccine dilution, which were completely destroyed for fear of infection.
