In the middle of the night two days before New Year's Eve, Hung Hom actually bloomed with "civil fireworks"!
At about 1:35 am today (29th), the police received a number of reports from members of the public, alleging that people set off fireworks and loud noises near the waterfront of Hongluan Road.
Upon receiving the report, the police arrived, but did not find any relevant persons, and then retreated and left.
