The organization "Xianxue Sizheng" stated on its Fb page on Monday (28th) that the convener Wang Yizhan and three members met with the staff of the National Security Agency in Mong Kok Police Station. The words have violated the national security law, and pointed out that the details will be explained later.

Afterwards, the police issued a statement on the Fb page in response to the incident, clarifying that the National Security Agency did not send personnel to meet or warn members of the "Xianxue Sizheng".

However, the police also alleged that the four members of the "Xianxue Sizheng" had reported to the Mong Kok Police Station and were investigated for a criminal case on the 25th of this month. During the period, officers from the National Security Division of the Police Department met with them and warned them. If someone commits an offence against the "Hong Kong National Security Act," the police will definitely follow it up and will not tolerate it.

The police also emphasized that the National Security Department of the Police Department has arrested 40 people so far, all of which have been investigated, searched for evidence and arrested by the police themselves.

The police hope that relevant organizations can recognize the facts and stop making false rumors.

The student organization organized vigorous studies and ideological politics. Earlier, it was at Baijie Station outside Dihuang Plaza, Taihe Road, Tsuen Wan, to support the detention of 12 Hong Kong residents in Shenzhen.

"Xianxuezhizheng" later clarified that several unknown persons in Mong Kok Police Station called themselves "national security officers", making them mistakenly think of "national security officers", so there was a wording problem in an earlier post, hoping for the future "Policies of the National Security Service" can express their identities more clearly, rather than simply "national security officers".
