Hizbullah condemned the burning of a camp for the displaced Syrians in the town of Hanin Al-Minya in northern Lebanon, and considered what happened "a crime against innocent Syrian citizens."
In a statement issued today, the party called on the competent authorities to pursue the perpetrators and impose harsh penalties on them to prevent the recurrence of these painful incidents, stressing the need to preserve the spirit of cooperation and brotherhood existing between the two brotherly peoples in Syria and Lebanon.
The day before yesterday, a number of people set fire to a camp for the displaced Syrians in the Miniyeh district, which led to the displacement of hundreds of displaced persons and significant material damage.
