He was previously accused of inciting others to organize, plan, implement, or participate in actions aimed at splitting the country and undermining national unity in Hong Kong from August 15 to November 22 this year.
The case was filed in West Kowloon Court last month and must be remanded until February 10 next year.
He applied to the High Court for bail in the middle of this month and was rejected.
