Police today (Tuesday) filed an indictment against three activists against asylum seekers in south Tel Aviv.

The three - Shefi Paz, Doron Avrahami and Ilya Grantowski - are charged with a series of cases of spray-painting graffiti, including in front of Supreme Court justices' homes, as well as criminal trespassing, in cases where they entered a kindergarten for asylum seekers and a clinic providing medical services.

The break-in at the kindergarten took place about two weeks ago, while a Hanukkah party was being held there for the children and their parents.

Paz and Grantowski are accused of entering the place without a permit, photographing the children and the kindergarten principal, and Grantowski calling out to her, among other things: "This is not your country."

Paz is accused of violating privacy due to photos she posted on her Facebook account, including children of asylum seekers alongside degrading captions.

Among other things, she photographed children on a shuttle and uploaded the photo next to the caption "Operation Black Friday: Children infiltrators at cost price. Free delivery to Ramat Aviv."

On another occasion, she published a picture of the children of asylum seekers in kindergarten and wrote, among other things: "Border thieves, property thieves, life thieves. And there are always Jews who cooperate."

Apart from these incidents, Paz and Avrahami are accused of a series of cases in which graffiti was spray-painted.

Among other things, they wrote in front of the houses of Supreme Court President Esther Hayut and Judge Uzi Vogelman the inscription "The blood of the nomadic Jews in the High Court." In other cases, they spray-painted in random places in south Tel Aviv, but also on schools used by asylum seekers' children.

"Esther Hayut buried Zionism."

In addition to the acts committed, Paz and Grantowski are also accused of "conspiracy to commit an offense," due to acts they planned but did not carry out.

Correspondence between them indicates that in addition to planning to spray-paint graffiti, in October Paz offered to put glue in the locks of kindergartens, while Grantowski proposed to corrupt facilities in playgrounds and scatter tacks on the grass.

According to the indictment, they decided it was better to scatter tacks in the gardens rather than on the road "so as not to harm 'the white residents'".
