The samples come from a
Covid patient
who has since died
with a previous illness and his wife and were subsequently examined by the MHH.
The reference
laboratory of
the Berlin Charité at Professor Christian Drosten also publicly confirmed that it was the
virus mutation B1.1.7

Heiger Scholz, head of the staff of the Lower Saxony state government, expressed his condolences to the relatives.

Corona in Lower Saxony: Passenger from England not infected with the mutation
Only recently was the

virus.
