Despite all the calls directed to him at home, the outgoing President Donald Trump remained steadfast in his refusal to acknowledge his defeat to Democratic President-elect Joe Biden because of his selfish qualities, his authoritarian policies and his absurd statements that made him the most controversial global figure.
Several parties called on Trump to submit to the results of the recent elections, including the New York Post, which was one of his biggest supporters, and belong to media mogul Rupert Murdoch, which called on him to stop what he called his "undemocratic coup."
The newspaper urged Trump to accept the election results during an editorial it published recently, in which it said, "The time has come to end" the black charade "and chose a title for that editorial on its front page / He abandoned it, Mr. President, for the sake of the nation.

The policies pursued by Trump during his tenure, which lasted from 2016 until now, have caused divisions within the American community and the international public opinion, as Trump made his country divided internally and almost closed externally, according to analysts' opinion.
Trump published a tweet in which he asked Republicans to be courageous, rejected the results, and gave him four new years, which the newspaper described as “a cheer for an undemocratic coup,” and indicated that Trump's efforts to re-run the elections or count the votes in more than one state did not bear fruit. He campaigned $ 3 million for a recount and in Wisconsin, during which he lost 87 other votes. Georgia also counted twice, both of which confirmed Biden's victory, although the count was by hands, which refutes the theory of election fraud that he claims.
Expressing its understanding of his anger over his loss, the newspaper considered that going down this road is "destructive" and advised Trump by saying: "If you spend your last days in your presidential office threatening to burn him, people will not remember you as a revolutionary person, but rather an anarchist carrying a matchbox."
The American Foreign Policy magazine published earlier a news analysis prepared by reporter Michael Hirsch in which it was stated that the problem of the United States now is not limited to Trump's refusal to recognize the outcome of the presidential elections and the attempted coup and to change that outcome, but rather in sowing chaos and adopting a scorched-earth policy. He is planting the seeds of chaos within his administration and on all fronts, starting with dealing with the outbreak of the Coronavirus and economic rescue plans.
