The district office has now again expressly pointed out that the lockdown also applies to the last night of the year.
"The Bavarian state government has not approved any exceptions to the existing exit ban," says a press release from the district authority.
Leaving the apartment between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. is only allowed on New Year's Eve if there are valid reasons.
“That doesn't include leaving the apartment for the fireworks after 9 p.m.,” emphasizes the district office.
The Ministry of Health has meanwhile specified the term "apartment".
This also included the garden, the terrace and the balcony.
“That means that fireworks are allowed to fire and ignite in the private garden on New Year's Eve.” However, it is not allowed to visit popular vantage points to toast the New Year together and to marvel at the New Year's Eve fireworks.
The applicable contact restrictions will be adhered to.
Visiting another household is permitted as long as a total of five people is not exceeded.
The children under the age of 14 belonging to these households are not taken into account for the total number.
District Administrator Stefan Frey also urges caution: “Avoid direct personal encounters at the end of the year as well as possible.
This year, simply use the telephone or the Internet more often to send your New Year's greetings and get into the year 2021 healthy. "
So that there really are no misunderstandings, the district office has also issued a general order (we reported).
According to this, the carrying or burning of pyrotechnic objects at these places and facilities is expressly prohibited: In the city of

on the church square, along the lake promenade between the entrance (lake promenade 2) and the Bucentaurpark, in the Percha / Kempfenhausen recreation area from the Nepomuk bridge including the Parking lot up to the lake slope, in the area of the castle park between St. Josef Church and the castle and the forecourt of the Schlossberghalle.
In the municipality of
Herrsching
along the lake promenade starting at the area in front of the water watch station in the direction of Seespitz to the sports field on Rieder Straße including the parking lot there.
