On the occasion of the holidays, a number of Al-Hasakah governorate organized the “Christmas Joy” initiative to spread smiles and joy among needy families to live the atmosphere of Christmas and New Year.

The initiative, which a number of young people participate in, with the support of expatriates, includes purchasing all the supplies for the New Year’s Day, including vegetables, fruits, meat and sweets, and distributing them to poor families to live the joy of the New Year.

Eid Touma, an expatriate 34 years ago, a participant in the initiative called on all expatriates to provide support to their brothers, expressing admiration for this initiative as it expresses authenticity and high morals and reflects the sense of responsibility towards others and wishing that the next year will be a year for reconstruction, reconstruction, salvation from terrorism and the continuation of the Syrian Arab Army victories until it is liberated All Syrian lands.

Young Fadel Elias said that despite the simplicity of what we present, it means a lot to some of the targeted families, and it is a gesture to spread joy and help families in light of the difficult economic conditions in which we live, pointing out that as young people they send a message to confirm that the Syrian people are united and will not change no matter what the enemies of Syria try.
