The United States of America recorded 27,577 new cases of the emerging coronavirus, bringing the total number of infections to 19 million and 809,295 cases, according to the American World Meters website.
The total deaths across the United States from the virus reached 343,628, after 446 new deaths were announced during the past 24 hours.
On the other hand, American health experts have warned that they may have to "legalize" medical care services and respirators, with the increase in the number of patients with Covid 19 in hospitals, and they expected that traveling for holidays may lead to an increase in the number of people infected with the virus.
"When capacity runs out, doctors and bioethics experts in these hospitals will need to identify patients who can be saved from those who cannot be saved," said CNN medical analyst Dr. Jonathan Rayner.
