Two leisure arrests and one year of alcohol bans: This sentence was imposed on a 19-year-old who became inexplicably violent in and in front of a discotheque.

Well-groomed appearance, calm demeanor: the impression that the young man makes in court is in stark contrast to the allegations that have brought him to the dock.
The 19-year-old is said to have freaked out on January 11, 2020 after going to the disco.
While still in the restaurant, he is said to have punched a guest in the face and then kicked.
As a result, he was thrown out.
A little later, when he saw his victim and his friends again outside in the parking lot, he continued to distribute.
Now he had to answer six cases before the juvenile court for bodily harm.
While a victim, a 20-year-old from Waakirchen, summarized how the evening went from his point of view, the accused irritated with new, sometimes contradicting versions.
There were no kicks at all.
He admitted being beaten, but he was hit first.
At the time he had told the police that it was not he but a friend who had been beaten.
Struck before the disco "completely for no reason"
After another victim, a Wolfratshauser (24), who had nothing to do with any of the parties involved, described how the defendant hit him in the face “for no reason”, the accused relented.
“I apologize, I'm really sorry.
That was an unnecessary thing, ”said the 19-year-old, who made a full confession after briefly consulting his lawyer.
"He's already punched and kicked the most," said the lawyer.
The defendant added personally: “I don't know why I was so freaked out.” Presumably, “a wrong circle of friends” contributed to this.
It was not the first time the young man had dealt with the judiciary.
In the summer of 2019, he had to answer for the unauthorized possession of a small amount of narcotics.
In the summer of 2020, he was fined 500 euros for sexual harassment that took place just ten days before the brawl.
At the time, the court was of the opinion that arrest was "not yet necessary".
But this time the Tölzer couldn't avoid it.
Taking into account the previous judgment, juvenile judge Friederike Kirschstein-Freund sentenced the accused to two leisure arrests.
He had to pay 1200 euros in compensation to one of his victims, who had suffered professional disadvantages because of the story.
In addition, the judge ordered the 19-year-old not to “drink alcohol in public or to stay outside drunk” for a year.
